Each service provider may have their own cancellation deadlines (e.g., 24 hours before the service). Users are responsible for reviewing these terms before booking.
Late cancellations may result in partial refunds or no refunds, depending on the provider’s policy.
If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, users will be notified immediately.
In such cases, users may:
Receive a full refund, or
Rebook the service at another available time, subject to availability.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the service provider.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Certain bookings may be marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.
Such bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, unless the service provider cancels.
If a user fails to attend a booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

We are not responsible for disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, but we may assist in communication between users and providers.
