Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Bookings marked as Non-Refundable at the time of purchase.

Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–10 business days.
The actual time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
In case of disputes regarding refunds, MXServe may assist in communication between the user and the service provider.
